We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, bib shorts and socks must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Do you offer a warranty on bike components and frames?
Yes, all components and frames sold by Velodrom come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
