At Velodrom, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new, sellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
